including citrus and avocado trees as well as an opulence of bougainvillea and
orleander bushes blooming at all times of the year. The property has been a
cherished home for the owner's family for over 45 years. The well-furnished property
has had an extensive renovation recently, the two pools and three tennis courts are
in excellent condition. Besides the main villa, there are four individual houses, each
with its own special charm and with plenty of privacy. The property can also be
rented as a whole for larger groups.
Organic agriculture has been central to the workings of the ranch since the beginning
and provides for delicious fruits and vegetables. There is an abundance of orange,
tangerine and lemon trees, as well as avocado, fig, almond, pomegranate and of

organic eggs. Depending on the season, our guests will have a basket of delicious

The village of Mijas was established in the 16th century, it is famous for its white
washed houses and lovely cobblestone streets, for beautiful handicrafts and the
community of local artists. The church and historic bull ring are worth a visit and well-
cared-for donkeys are available for a ride.
Malaga is a 20 minute drive away, as is Marbella in the other direction. Malaga offers
a number of excellent museums and a cathedral and market hall that should not be
missed. Marbella has an impressive yacht harbor, as well as a charming old town
with outstanding restaurants and shops. A number of high class golf courses are
located in the area, and day trips to the historic towns of Granada and Rhonda or
even Sevilla and Cordoba are always an option. For children there are the added
attractions of a progressive and fun zoo and a water park nearby.
Back at Finca you can take a swim, play a round of tennis or just relax and drink
in the the panoramic rural views from the village of Mijas all the way down to the
Mediterranean Sea. The peacocks may stop by to keep you company.

Villa 1)
Exclusive and very comfortable
The villa is located on the highest level of the ranch. The entrance portal that
welcomes you in is fitted with antique doors studded with large forged iron nails. The
villa is tastefully furnished, the living room spacious with double level ceiling. The
floors are marble and the ceiling tiled with blue and white „azulejos". The kitchen is
large and well equipped. There are four bedroom with one double bed, two double
twin beds and one queen size bed – and three spacious bathrooms. The master
bedroom accesses to a sun room that can be used for daytime napping, reading or
working – if needed.
A large terrace opens out to the back from which there is an amazing view of the
coastline. On some days the atlas mountains across the straits of Gibraltar are
clearly visible. Two large ponds with Koi fish and an ancient olive tree provide for
instant relaxation. Peace and quiet with a view.
The small honeymoon suite „Luisa" is located one level down, a romantic refuge.
The upper pool and tennis court can be used exclusively. Use of the fitness room,
Jacuzzi and sauna can be negotiated.

Casa 2)
Charming farmhouse
The old farmhouse, built on a slight hill in the beginning of the 1900s to house the
farmer who worked the land, as well as some of the livestock and the potato harvest,
was completely rebuilt in the 1970s without losing any of its original charm. It is
narrow and a bit crooked and has wonderful terracotta tiles and thick walls. The
upstairs, which can also be accessed from the back of the building, is fitted with two
bedrooms and a large bathroom. The ground level has a living room, dining area and
a kitchen that all connect to the lovely front terrace, which runs the length of the
building. One bedroom opens to a small terrace and the enclosed lawn can be used
for sunbathing in complete privacy. The beautiful garden includes endless
bougainvillea and a huge eucalyptus tree, providing for wonderful scents and play of
light.
The big pool and two tennis courts are just a few steps away, as is a squash hall for
those who like to play. The pool and courts are shared with the other houses.
It is a real pleasure to sit on the sun drenched terrace, ideal for "al fresco" dining, with
an awning that provides for shad.

Three flexible units on two floors
Located at the lower end of the finca, with a stunning view of the coast as well as the
village of Mijas, the two-level house includes three units with a total of five bedrooms.
Each unit has its own entrance. The large pool and two tennis courts are just a few
steps up. Sun chairs are available and the covered poolside terrace can be used for
coffee or drinks when taking a break from the sun or from playing a game of tennis.
Pia, the lower level property includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms that all
flow out into a spacious, light and airy dining and lounge area. The large terrace is
ideal for barbecuing and "al fresco" dining. For children there is a large lawn to play
on and a ping pong table as well as board games.


Casa 4)
2 units. Each unit has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a guest
bathroom, a living / dining area and a terrace. Additionally each unit has a fully
equipped kitchen. The units are separated by a door, that can be left open. The
terraces are ideal to sit and relax, enjoying the surrounding nature and the fabulous
view.

Our honeymoon suite
This romantic cottage is comfortable and airy with its open plan design.
Located about 50 meters from the main villa and near the upper pool and tennis
court, it offers complete privacy and is perfect for a couple or a family of three. Ceiling
to floor windows provide for plenty of light all around. Elevated one step to the rear
there is a large comfortable double bed, the spacious round bathtub with shower is
close by. The toilet is the sole space separated by a door.
The generous living area including a big couch and Flatscreen TV also has room for
an extra bed if needed. The kitchen counter is equipped with stovetop, refrigerator,
coffee machine and toaster to prepare breakfast or a cooked meal.
The terrace and lawn is surrounded by bushes, a terraced garden of succulents has
been landscaped by an enthusiastic garden architect who stayed as a guest. Here
you are able to disconnect and drink in the peacefulness of the area and relax
completely.
